Tareq is a Senior Associate at INTEGRITY Law Firm and a litigation lawyer with more than seven years of experience advising and representing clients in a range of dispute-related and general legal matters. His practice focuses on administrative and constitutional law, including administrative decree and permit disputes, unlawful governmental acts, mining-related conflicts, as well as judicial review proceedings before the Indonesian Administrative Court, Supreme Court, and Constitutional Court.

Beyond litigation, Tareq advises clients on legal strategy, regulatory issues, and dispute resolution. He regularly drafts and reviews contracts, legal opinions, letters of intent, and other commercial documents. With a strong understanding of how public law and regulatory requirements affect business, he provides practical legal advice that is both strategic and commercially grounded.
