Muhamad Ridwan

Muhamad Ridwan is a Partner at Dorna Legal, bringing solid experience in corporate, finance, and commercial matters. His expertise is focused on legal business and regulatory compliance, with strong precision and attention to detail in drafting commercial agreements, both domestic and international. He is also experienced in handling matters related to financing, logistics and freight-forwarding services, as well as anti-fraud management systems.

Prior to co-founding Dorna Legal, Ridwan served as a senior legal specialist at a company engaged in logistics and freight-forwarding services. He later continued his career at a subsidiary of PT Astra International Tbk, focusing on the finance sector.
